services providers registered with the Procurement Regulatory Authority
of Zimbabwe (PRAZ) under the below categories to participate in the pre-
qualification for 2020 Standing List. The selected will form the STANDING
LIST of suppliers for the council.

Services
- Building construction services
- Welding services
- Electricians
- Transport services
- Plumbing services
- Insurance services
- Security services

- Panel beating and spray painting
- Generator servicing
Interested suppliers should submit the following for consideration;
- A copy of every document necessary to demonstrate eligibility in
terms of section 28(1) of the regulation.
- Current proof of registration with Procurement Regulatory
Authority of Zimbabwe (PRAZ)
- A copy of CR 14, CR 6 and certificate of incorporation or equivalent
Documents
- A current and valid tax clearance certificate
- Proof of dealership to registered category
- A copy of your company profile
- Membership of a recognised body in a particular category
- Products and services list.
- Banking details
The copies should be submitted in sealed envelope on or before 13
March, 2020, at 1000 hours clearly marked “STANDING LIST 2020”
