The British Embassy (BE) in Harare is seeking the below services from Service Providers with the relevant professional skills, experience, technical resources and financial capability to provide the required services to an acceptable standard.

- Provision of Pest Control Services for British Embassy Office Compound and Residences – CPG/3665/2020, n7_3698, Project_4231
- Provision of Water Sampling & Testing Services – CPG/3667/2020, ITT_3703, Project_4247
The Invitation to Tender documents should be completed and uploaded on the Bravo System by the stipulated submission deadline. Contact Ndumiso Mncube@fco.gov.uk with any queries. Kindly note that the responses must be in English.
A compulsory site visit for Pest Control Services will be conducted on [03 March 2020 at 10:00 am]. Tenderers are requested to meet the representative (Mr. Jonathan Mpunzwana) of FCO at British Embassy Harare, 3 Norfolk road, Mount Pleasant, Harare. A site visit register will be completed in respect of all participating Tenderers and failure to attend the site visit will lead to automatic disqualification.
The BE reserves the right not to select any service provider and will only reply to the best-suited organisation.
The BE will not meet any expenses incurred in preparing the Invitation to Tender documents and attending the site meeting.
