| Bids must be submitted in (two) sealed envelopes and endorsed on the outside with the Advertised Bid Number, the description, closing date, and hand delivered to: The Procurement Management Unit, Petrozim Line (Private) Limited, P.O Box CY 2179, Causeway, Harare or 6 Seagrave Road Avondale, Harare not later than the prescribed date above.
Bidders are encouraged to buy bid document early to get cleared by GPSI to access Msasa, Wilton and Feruka Stations. No bidder will be allowed to attend the site visit before buying the bid document and cleared by GPSI. No bidder will be considered without attending site visit Each Bid document set is obtainable upon payment of a non-refundable fee of ZWD$500.00 each at Petrozim Line (Private) Limited Head Office, Number 6 Seagrave Road Avondale, Harare Bidders are free to witness the Bid opening process on the closing date. |
