Contractors are invited to tender for the above subject
Tender documents can be requested via email at projects@rcdom.org.zw from the Development Department as from Monday, 16th of March 2020 between 0900hrs and 1600hrs upon payment of a non refundable tender fee of RTGS1,000.00 into our bank account, the details of which will be provided upon request.
Bid documents shall be delivered to The Development Director at The Bishop’s House, P.O Box 47, Drumfad, Mutare in a plain sealed envelope to reach us on or before 1200hrs on Tuesday, 31″ of March 2020 local time, when the opening shall start in the presence of bidders who wish to attend.
Notwithstanding anything contained in the foregoing, The Roman Catholic Diocese of Mutare is not bound to accept any Tender, nor incur any expenses in the preparation thereof.
The Roman Catholic Diocese of Mutare confirms that there is no outstanding contract or litigation on this project.
