Zimbabwe Mining Development Corporation (ZMDC) invites prospective reputable, reliable, well-established suppliers and service providers registered with Procurement Regulatory Authority of Zimbabwe (PRAZ) under below categories to participate in prequalification for 2020 Standing list

The closing date for application is 10 April 2020 at 1100 Hours
Bidders must submit the following mandatory documents for them to be considered for shortlisting;
- Proof of registration with Procurement Regulatory Authority of Zimbabwe.
- Company registration documents i.e CR14, CR6, Certificate of Incorporation
- Company profile
- Valid Tax Clearance ITF263
- NSSA Certificate

Pre-qualification documents are maybe purchased by bidders upon payment of a nonrefundable fee of ZWL$150.00 at ZMDC Offices, Finance Section.
Application to pre – qualify must be enclosed in a sealed envelope and endorsed on the outside with the procurement category and closing date. Applications must be delivered and deposited in a tender box to the attention of The Procurement Management Unit, Zimbabwe Mining Development Corporation, MMCZ Building, 90 Mutare Road, Harare on or before 11:00 am on the closing date.
