RFPs for the above tenders are obtainable from the Finance Department, Second floor, Main Hospital at United Bulawayo Hospitals, St Luke’s Way, Ascot, and Bulawayo with effect from Tuesday 24 March 2020. All tenders are obtainable upon payment of a non–refundable fee of $200.00 (ZWL) for Goods and Services per document from 10:00 am – 3:30 pm.
Tenders must be submitted in sealed envelopes addressed to The Chairman, Procurement Management Unit and endorsed on the outside with the advertised Number, Description, and Closing date. Tenders in sealed khakhi envelopes must be posted on time to enable sorting into Post office Box No. 958, Bulawayo or dropped in the Tender Box at Procurement Management Unit, United Bulawayo Hospitals, St Luke’s Way, Ascot, Bulawayo.
The closing date for submitting and opening of the tenders is Thursday 14 April 2020 at 10:30am hours. Those interested to witness the opening of the tenders are welcome.
NB: Being the cheapest bidder does not guarantee the bidder to be awarded the tender as there are other technical specifications to be considered.
