Mutare teachers college invites bids from suitably qualified and experienced bidders to participate in the above tender.
Location: Please take note the refurbishments will be held at MUTARE TEACHERS COLLEGE
Type of Contract: Labor only
Contract Completion: Bidders should specify this in their bidding documents
Bidding procedure: the standard bidding document can be obtained upon payment of a non refundable fee of ($500.00 Rtgs) for each set of bidding documents at the Administration office, MTC 81 Chimanimani Road Mutare, during working hours 0900hrs-1600hrs from 06/04/2020 to 14/04/2020
Your application should have the following documents:
– company profile
– certified copy of CR14
certificate of incorporation
– certified copy of a valid tax clearance
– at least three trade references
– proof of registration with PRAZ (Procurement Regulatory Authority of Zimbabwe)
– physical address and phone numbers
Completed bids in sealed envelopes clearly marked with the procurement reference number and title of the tender must be deposited in the tender box at the Administration Office on or before 15/04/2020 at or before 1000hours. Emails and late submissions will not be considered.
