Bids must be posted in time to be sorted into Post Office Box 164, Beitbridge and received at Municipality of Beitbridge before the closing date or delivered by hand to the attention of The Town Clerk, Municipality of Beitbridge, 290 Justitia Road, and Beitbridge on or before 12 noon on the closing date. Bid opening will be done immediately after closure of submission of bids on the closing date at 12 noon in the Council Chambers. Bidders are cordially invited to witness bid opening.
