Mandatory requirements

- Certificate of Incorporation
- Current proof of registration with PRAZ
- Current Tax Clearance Certificate
- Should specify warranty period
- Price quoted should be valid for 60 days
- Proof of payment for Tender documents
NB: The institution reserves the right to accept not necessarily the lowest bidders Non-compliance with Tender requirements will lead to disqualification.
- Tender documents will be available from 6 April 2020 till closing date of the respective tender(s) from Procurement Management Unit office located in the main Administration Block upon payment of a non-refundable $450 per set of tender documents.
- Site visit is compulsory for all bidders and will be held on the 29th of April 2020 at 1030 hours. This only applies to tenders Gen 17 to 22/2020.
Tenders must be enclosed in sealed envelopes and endorsed on the outside with tender number and must be deposited in the tender box on or before 1000 hours of 27 April 2020 for tenders 7-16/2020 and Med 1-4/2020 and 1000 hours of 8 May 2020 for tenders 17 to 26/2020.
