Kwekwe High School is inviting tenders from Public Auditors with experience in audit of Government schools to audit its books of accounts for the year ended 31st December 2019. Tenders must be enclosed in sealed envelopes endorsed on the outside with the advertised tender number, tender description and contact numbers.

The following documents are to be submitted together with the Tender Documents:

1. Company Profile including at least 3 traceable references.
2. Current Tax Clearance Certificate.
3. Certified copies of Certificate of Incorporation and CR14.

Bid documents can obtained from Bursar’s office after payment of a non­refundable fee of $100.00. Sealed Tenders clearly marked with the Tender number must be placed in the Tender Box at Kwekwe High School Reception ,NOT LATER THAN 06 MARCH 2020.

NB: THE SCHOOL DOES NOT BIND ITSELF TO ACCEPT THE LOWEST BID OR TENDER
