Sealed Bids, dearly marked with procurement reference number must be posted to The Town Clerk, P.O. Box 910, Mutare, Zimbabwe or hand delivered to The Town Clerk, City of Mu tare, Number 1 Queens Way, Civic Centre, Mutare, Zimbabwe.
Bids, which are properly addressed to The Town Clerk, will be publicly opened at 12:00 hours on the dosing date at the Civic Centre Committee Room.
