- HYDRAULIC PUMP FOR SANY GRADER SJLS 220C MODEL
- HYDRAULIC PUMP FOR CAT GRADER 140G MODEL
Bids should be accompanied by certified copies of:
- Valid Certificate of Incorporation
- VAT Registration Certificate
- Valid Tax Clearance
- Valid Registration with the Procurement Regulatory Authority of Zimbabwe (PRAZ)
- Proof of payment for the Bid document
- A non – refundable fee of ZWL 200 shall be paid to acquire the tender document.
- All bids should be in sealed envelopes clearly marked category of Supply(s).
- Bids must be hand delivered at Council Offices Murewa Centre from Monday to Friday during working hours from 07:30 hours to 16:30 hours on or before MONDAY, 8th MAY, 2020, 16:30hours. Bids submitted by online means should be communicated and confirmed by the council on or before closing date.
- Bidders must ensure that their Bids are recorded by the Procurement Office before depositing into the Tender Box.
- Bids will be opened on the 8th of May, 2020 at 16:30hrs soon after closing in the Council Boardroom in the presence of Bidders or their representatives who may choose to attend.
