Caritas Zimbabwe – Diocese of Chinhoyi PVO 25/2014 seeks the supply of mealie meal, sugar beans and cooking oil. The total quantity of commodities is as follows: Roller meal – 21 840 x 10kg; Sugar beans – 5 460 x 3 kgs; Cooking oil – 10 920 x 750ml However it should be delivered in two equal batches.
Caritas is therefore seeking suppliers to submit bids for the: Supply and delivery of the above listed commodities in two batches of equal size of:- Roller meal – 10 920 x 10kg; Sugar beans – 2 730 x 3 kgs; Cooking oil – 5 460 x 750ml. The bid should also specify the time period between offer of contract and delivery time. The cost should include transportation to Chinhoyi (120km from Harare).
Suppliers must meet the following conditions
Valid Tax Clearance; Company Registration Certificate; Company Profile; Food items should meet Zimbabwe Food / Biosafety Regulations; Be able to supply ALL the stated food items
