- Building Repairs and Maintenance Services (Painting, Electrical, Plumbing, Roof Leaks, Building Cracks);
- Architectural services;
- Building Construction services (and Renovation Wet Works);
- Interior Design and Decor Services;
- Re-upholstery services (chairs, sofas, beds);
- Tennis Court refurbishment;
- Supply, repairs and maintenance of Solar system;
- Installation and Repair of Ceilings;
- Manufacture, repair and re-vanishing of furniture and fittings (headboards, coffee tables, picture frames);
- Supply of protective clothing;
- Supply of branded corporate wear;
- Supply, Repairs and Maintenance of Refrigeration and Air Conditioning equipment;
- Supply of Hotel Bed and Bathroom Linen (including blankets) and Accessories (Shower Curtains; Non-Slip Mats);
- Supply of Food and Beverage Stocks (alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages and various food items i.e. dry goods; meat products (beef, chicken, fish, lamb, pork);
- Fumigation services;
- Hardware supplies (Paints, Electrical, Plumbing, Building, Mechanical, Carpentry & Joinery, Agricultural and Garden supplies);
- Swimming pool chemicals and accessories
- Laundry detergents;
- Hotel Guest supplies (Body Lotion; Shampoo; Shower/Bath Gel; Coffee and Milk Sachets; Stationery supplies – Branded and Unbranded; Supply of ICT Hardware, Hospitality Software and Consumables;
- Professional Photography Services;
- Supply of corporate banners and signage; Provision of Tours and Travel Services (transport logistics and bookings);
- Supply of Security Guard Services;
- .Supply of Firefighting Equipment, Maintenance and Service;
- Supply of carpets;
- Supply of tile laminates;
- Supply of ceramic tiles and pavers; Landscaping services;
- Green House construction, repairs and service;
- Human Capital Consulting Services;
- Audit Services;
- Business Systems Analysis and Policy Formulation;
- Legal Counsel services;
- Supply of Electronic Door-locking System and Service;
- Supply of telephony services (including VOIP); CCTV Services (Installation and Service); Biometric Log-in System (Installation and Service);
- Borehole Drilling, Installation and Servicing.
erms and Conditions
– Application forms (per category) can be requested through our email procurement@montclair.co.zw or collected from our office at 84 Glenara Avenue, Harare or at the Hotel in Nyanga;
– Interested suppliers shall pay a non-refundable registration fee of ZWL150.00 per category;
– Forms to be submitted together with the following: Letter of Introduction; Company Profile with at
least three (3) traceable trade references; certified copies of Certificate of Incorporation, Cr6,
CR14, Valid Tax Clearance and a copy of the receipt for registration payment;
– You shall allow Montclair to visit and inspect your premises;
– Montclair reserves the right to accept or reject any application;
– This is an invitation to do business with us upon successful assessment and not an offer to start supplying goods and services;
– All documents to be submitted on or before Friday, 20 March 2020 in a sealed envelope with the category clearly marked on the outside.
